| Instructions |
| 1. |
Scrape red and pink chalks over shallow pan of water and swirl water once (side to side just like you would swirl cake batter). Lay mosaic frame on surface of water and pick up. Lay paper on towels to dry completely. When dry, separate squares and mat frame on corrugated paper.
|
| 2. |
Rub red chalk through one letter of stencil on small square and outline with black pen before moving on to next letter. Repeat until title is complete. Eyelet punch and set hearts into both "O"s as shown. Adhere lettered squares on frame.
|
| 3. |
Punch scallop heart from white cardstock and using hole, rub red, pink and white chalks through opening onto vellum. Cut out with small border around each heart and place on frame. Eyelet set and punch hearts (through all papers) and thread as shown.
